It's a killer for sure. I coach my leaders that at LEAST 30-40% of your business time should be spent on personal business growth - recruiting and growing your own front line.

The best way to inspire and motivate your team is to have them see you on your company's Top 10 Recruiter's List every month.

I use email discussion lists and a weekly coaching call to keep in touch and work with my team, and also am available for other one on one time.

But, I ALWAYS have personal business time scheduled in there!
