Getting back to basics....

Good morning everyone! I had my butt kicked in a Dani Johnson Seminar last week, after 14 years of this industry I realized my ego was larger than my check. I forgot what it was like to have humility. I put it to the side, and became teachable again. What a relief it was! I didn't have to know everything about everything... and when I got back to basics, I recruited faster and easier than in years! I made a goal (gosh, I actuallyt forgot about the power of goals) and made the growth bonus pool in 2 weeks.

So for all the "oldtimers" on here, who are in management mode, you know who you are... remember to get to the basics and not only talk the talk but walk the walk....
