: When you follow up on a lead with mail or a fax include a photo of yourself or incoporate your photo into your stationery letterhead. Showing the prospect what you look like lets the prospect know that there's a real, breathing person on the other end. It also acts to decrease the impersonal, "long-distance" feelings you often get from a plain letter.
