Great article. However, and as the article suggests,
"For example, many direct-selling companies ask their sellers to buy products first, then sell them to others through home parties or other methods. If a company is a DSA member, "they are required to buy back any sales material at 90 percent of what you (the salesperson) paid for it," once that salesperson leaves the company."
Personally, I just don't have the time to stock inventory, retail products and collect money from customers.
I much rather let my company service all my accounts directly through their catalogs and websites. This way I have more time for myself and my family.
