If you have a website with an opt-in form, you can build your own list and see FAR greater results than an email list you'd buy.

Also, it's worth noting that email marketing by itself rarely produces much in the way of MLM success. The top-earners in the industry are consistently people who are willing to have an actual conversation with their prospects instead of letting websites and autoresponders do ALL the work.

The Internet is a great tool for MLM but it IS just a tool. :)
