The Post Office delivers marketing pieces ...
same with the so-called email marketing companies -
they deliver a marketing message that you have
created to customers/list members you already have.

Step One is to get some customers and prospects
Step Two is to craft a compelling message for them
Step Three is to find the most effective way to deliver that message
Step Four is to track the results
Step Five is to improve for better results
Step Six is to follow-up and repeat

There are lots of companies that can help with the
mechanics of formating, delivery, tracking and automated follow-up...
and several have been around longer and are less expensive than the one you mention.

So, if you've got the message and the prospects, then keep evaluating some more delivery companies :)
