By FAX: Simply use the instructions for ordering by mail and FAX the completed order form instead of mailing it. Fax orders are payable with any of the six accepted credit cards. The 24 hour dedicated fax system can be reached by dialing: (972) 399-8300BY PHONE: Call (972) 399-8400. If you want to speak to a Live Operator, you must call between 10 and 12 Noon or between 2 and 4 PM Central Time (4 to 6 PM and 8 to 10PM Greenwich/London Time), Monday through Thursday, except U.S. holidays.
At all other times, you can place your order with Tamara, Future World's 24-hour, multi-line, electronic voice mail operator. Simply fill out an order form, then dial (972) 399-8400. When Tamara answers and indicates she is ready to record your transmission, simply read all the information from your completed order form, starting with the Version Number 10950 at the top of the form. Please spell out any names, streets, cities, etc. Then, keep the order form as a permanent hard copy of your order.
PAYMENT -- SHIPMENT -- CUSTOMS -- Checks, money orders, banker's cashier checks, postal money orders, cash and the six listed major credit cards are accepted as payment. Checks payable in U.S. Dollars using a check form that bears a machine-readable magnetic sorting number are accepted as if they were cash. Unencoded check or checks in non-U.S. funds are subject to a standard $5.00 currency exchange fee plus currency rate fluctuation costs. Credit card transactions are automatically converted to U.S. Dollars without any service charge to you.

SHIPPING COSTS -- Please enter one of the following on the order form for shipping costs to your address. Please note there is a minimum shipping charge as indicated below.
Within the CONTINENTAL USA add 10% of Subtotal - $2 minimum charge
Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, The U.S. Virgin Islands, The Marshall Islands, American Samoa and all other U.S. possessions and protectorates add 20% of Subtotal - $4 minimum charge
All Other Destinations add 30% of Subtotal - $10 minimum.
Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% is only due if you are a resident of the State of TEXAS or are requesting delivery to an address within TEXAS. (Fortunately, for Texas residents, the cost of Texas State Sales Tax is offset by the privilege of living in the Great State of Texas itself. Eeeh Haah!) In all other cases, Texas sales tax is not due, and may be disregarded in computing the cost of your order.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY COSTS ON SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE USA
Our product fulfillment center completes all required Customs documents required for shipment of this merchandise to your destination. The cost of the forms, the research and completion time for these documents is included in the shipping and handling costs. There are no extra charges from Future World for these Customs document services.
